President Fred discussed the possibility of changing the time of meetings to all be in the “evening” (secret).  Few members have been attending the morning meetings and speakers do not like the early time.  The time of 6:30 PM on Wednesdays was suggested.  A decision, hopefully, will be made by March 17.

Steve will be sending out information on this year’s place mat ad drive.  Cost of ads will be $75.00 for small, business card size and $150.00 for large corner ads.

Razia is speaking in Los Angeles and Portland Oregon about the girl’s school.

Lynda Collins will be representing Duxbury Rotary at the Duxbury Business Association meeting March 4.

Plans are being made to again hold the Duck Race fundraiser playing up the event as a family day with activities for kids.

Fred would like feedback about what members would like more of and less of at the meetings with a view to attracting, recruiting and retaining new members.

SCHEDULE: March 10, an evening meeting.

March 11, Scituate Rotary will be showing video clips about Razia’s school.  6:00-6:30 PM will be a social time and 6:30- 8:00 PM dinner and video.  There will be a buffet and the cost is $20.00 per person.  Guests are welcome.  Get back to Fred if you plan to attend.

March 21, the Rotary Leadership seminar will be held in Smithfield RI starting at 7:30 AM.

MEMBERSHIP: President Fred visited Chuck who was in good spirits despite the healing, which is taking a longer time than expected.  Chuck enjoyed the two cards, which the club signed.  He does welcome visits at Bay Path.

RAFFLE: Lynda won $7.00 in the raffle.
