Doug Dromey gave his Classification talk.  He grew up in Kingston, attended Silver Lake High School and attended Holy Cross in Worcester.  He spent a few years in Chicago working with a transportation company and then returned to Massachusetts where he Joined Rogers and Gray Insurance in Kingston.  He works with small business owners with their insurance matters.  His hobby is playing hockey.  He felt that it was important to find an avenue to get involved in his community and consulted with Assistant District Governor Lisa Braun who recommended several local Rotary clubs that he could join.  Duxbury Rotary was his choice (a good one, editor) because of its smaller size and the valuable projects that the club is working on such as Razia’ s girls school and affordable housing for veterans.  For the club, he will be helping to redesign the club’s “website” (secret) on ClubRunner.

Steve reports that the permitting for the Habitat housing is going well in Plymouth and the land acquisition in Kingston.  Duxbury has some land for development on Lake Shore Drive and near Camp Wing.
